Healthy Steps provides health and lifestyle coaching and education. Services may discuss nutrition, movement, routines, habits, stress, sleep, accountability and practical approaches to sustainable lifestyle change.

Coaching is collaborative and educational. It is not a substitute for care from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

Healthy Steps does not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, emergency care, psychotherapy or medical nutrition therapy. Information on this website and in coaching is not medical advice.

You should seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional about medical symptoms, conditions, medications, pregnancy, injuries, eating disorders or any concern requiring clinical assessment. Do not delay or disregard professional medical advice because of information received through Healthy Steps.

Health, lifestyle and weight-related outcomes differ between individuals and depend on personal circumstances, health status, consistency and other factors. Healthy Steps does not guarantee any specific health, fitness, weight-loss or other outcome.

Testimonials describe individual experiences and should not be treated as promises or typical results.

You are responsible for providing accurate and relevant information, deciding whether to act on coaching suggestions, communicating limitations or changes in your health, and obtaining appropriate medical clearance where needed.

You remain responsible for your own choices, safety and wellbeing. If you experience symptoms or believe you may have a medical emergency, stop the relevant activity and seek appropriate medical care immediately.

The Personal Health & Lifestyle Assessment is a coaching and lifestyle assessment, not a medical consultation. It is intended to understand your goals, routines and barriers, provide initial direction and consider whether Healthy Steps may be a suitable fit.

An assessment does not guarantee acceptance into, availability of or suitability for a coaching service. The scope, duration, communication arrangements and inclusions of any coaching service will be explained before you enrol.

Prices and payment instructions shown at the point of purchase apply to the selected service. Payments may be handled by a third-party payment provider under that provider’s terms.

Assessment Fee: Rs.999 — Non-refundable

The Rs.999 fee covers the Personal Health & Lifestyle Assessment session. The fee is non-refundable under the stated policy, subject to applicable law. If Healthy Steps Towards Wellness cannot deliver the paid service or a booking fails because of a system issue, an appropriate resolution will be provided.

Non-refundable fee: The Rs.999 assessment fee is non-refundable when the client cancels or does not attend, subject to applicable law and the exceptions below.

Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their appointment once without an additional fee, provided they request the change at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Rescheduling is subject to actual calendar availability.

Late cancellation or no-show: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or failure to attend without prior notice, will generally result in the assessment fee being forfeited. Exceptions may be considered for genuine emergencies.

If the coach needs to reschedule: If Akshara cannot attend, the client may choose another available appointment without an additional charge.

Technical problems or inability to deliver the service: If a confirmed paid assessment cannot be delivered because of a problem on the business's side, Healthy Steps Towards Wellness will offer a suitable alternative appointment or an appropriate refund where required by applicable law.

How to request a change: Clients should contact healthysteps66@gmail.com as soon as possible, mentioning their name and appointment date and time.

Calendly confirms the selected appointment time before Razorpay payment. Booking status and payment status are separate: a Calendly confirmation is not proof of payment, and returning from Razorpay does not establish payment. Assessment responses are accepted only after independent payment verification.

Cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms applicable to a specific service will be communicated or displayed at the time of purchase or enrolment. Any applicable payment-provider terms will also apply.

Unless otherwise stated, the website content, Healthy Steps name, written materials, graphics, programme materials and Healthy Steps Framework™ are owned by or licensed to Healthy Steps Towards Wellness. They may not be reproduced, distributed, adapted, sold or used commercially without prior written permission.

Materials supplied for personal coaching use are for your individual, non-commercial use only.

The website may link to third-party payment, booking, communication or other services. Those services are controlled by their respective providers and are subject to separate terms and policies. Healthy Steps is not responsible for the availability, content or independent practices of third-party services.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Healthy Steps will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from website use, third-party services or participation in coaching. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

We may update these Terms when our website, services or legal obligations change. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update means the revised Terms apply from their effective date.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction under applicable Indian law.
